Associate Director Business Segment Sales - Stabilization
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader to join our organization as an Associate Director of Business Segment Sales. This high-impact role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding enterprise partnerships, and leading complex sales strategies within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
You will work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and key external stakeholders to shape account strategies, uncover new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Identify and expand relationships with clinical labs, diagnostic companies, academic institutions, and public health organizations
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and guide executive decision-making
- Own pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue attainment for assigned segment
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to sales and account teams
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions
- Gather and communicate voice-of-customer insights to influence business and product strategy
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in healthcare or life sciences
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of diagnostics, laboratory workflows, or healthcare ecosystems
