The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, working closely with people leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day operations — translating organizational goals into practical HR solutions while championing a consistent and positive employee experience.
What you'll bring
- 3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HR Business Partner or generalist role supporting multiple client groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee relations situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance principles
- Strong consulting and communication skills — you can translate complex situations into clear, actionable guidance for leaders at all levels
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting change initiatives or organizational development work is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred
