We're looking for a hands-on leader to supervise the technicians and engineers who keep our hematology, chemistry, molecular, body fluid, and flow cytometry instrumentation running at its best. What You'll Do
• Plan, organize, schedule, and direct the daily activities of a team of Quality Control Instrument and Service Technicians/Engineers.
• Serve as the technical go-to for instrument use and functionality across hematology, chemistry, molecular, body fluid, flow cytometry, and OEM equipment.
• Review and approve completed work within the Quality Control Instrument Lab, ensuring every task meets regulatory, safety, and quality expectations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate direct reports, building skills and verifying competency across the team.
• Establish and maintain departmental protocols, and lead process-improvement projects that make the lab run better.
• Partner with the Quality Control Manager to translate organizational goals into day-to-day department priorities.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an Associate's degree paired with applicable hands-on experience.
• Experience working in an ISO/FDA-regulated environment; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of dependability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and in person.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to pick up new tools as needed.
